Headboard leg cracked, Trundle handle broken, Trundle sideboard cracked and useless. A refund? Nope - in fact Brick customer service even had the gall to suggest that it was my fault for making the wrong choice?!!?
Best they can do is offer a replacement that we have to wait 2 months for - or take an in-store credit to buy more crap.
