First thing to tell was that I was charged for the full amount within one week. And I was thinking, I make an appoinment for a fitting of a suit and to see all possible materials to fabric. No, I was told there was no refund possible and so definetely had to buy the suit. So I made steps 1 to 4. After asking several times, the London Cutlers (from now LC) told me there would be no measuring in the Hilton Hotel City Center in Liverpool the end of Febraury, as announced at the website of Living Social and the LC. I had to make another appointment the end of Febraury. Mr Dale Rhodes had to make (as he told me later) a special trip to Liverpool for me (he had to be in the Hilton on Friday the 24th of february as promised, please don't turn the things the other way?) Remarkable, and significant also may be the measuring took place in a totally stranger room (for free, Mr Dale Rhodes asked the Housemaid to open one of the already cleaned rooms, otherwise he had to wait until my room was fixed). No problem for me, because I want a perfect suit, and I choosed for a striped suit. After 5 to 6 weeks and nothing heard anymore I asked for further information several times, but did not get a reaction. I would like to fit or try the suit on before a final delivery, but that was not necessary, because Mr Dale Rhodes of the LC never had any complaints, his measuring and fabrics are perfect you know. After delivery the end of April (finally after a lot of never answered textmessages, phonecalls and e-mails), the suit was delivered in the Hilton as asked for, and looking at the suit I was very very disappointed, about the quality and outlook of the suit. Especially the non matching stripes at all pockets on the jacket. So I told that by text and showed some pictures I made of the suit. I decided to send the suit back, so LC could recut. If not, they could refund me the money. After another two months (we now already have the 23rd of July) the first reaction came on my question. Now Mr Dale Rhodes again turns everything the other way, because I am the one with the wrong attitude by complaining. I must say my words became stronger and stronger, understandable? He now will not answer any e-mail from me. I only can make an appointment and then he will recut the suit for full matching stripes for an extra GBP 250.00. As if it's not common to match the stripes fully. I don't understand the attitude of this firm and I would like to warn all the people, who will think about doing business with this LC-company of Mr Dale Rhodes. For sure there will be more people with this experience. This is my foirst step. If there will be no reaction from LC, I know a lot more ways to let stop this fraud business.
