Contacted numerous times that I had won $9,800, 000 in the European Journal Sweepstakes in Madrid, Spain. Christopher Burton was the liaison between me and Mr. William Powell in Spain. They said my File Claim # was 9872005. I was to meet with Mr. Burton the week of July for the transfer of money. I had to spend $10390 in two separate amounts to achieve this transfer.
