Tried to obtain 1520 for certificate of transfer of 774,000.00 Sterling Madrid

I received a letter to my old address, I gave confirmation of my name, DOB, old address, and bank details of bank with OD in only, no large funds, as I was a bit weiry, I then was called by the numbers given, Named person Louise Williams, whom said some other parson would contact me, Mr. Newmendo (transfer manager) 0034 650 194927

They then asked for fee for transfer, I replied this could be a rip off con???
