The following message was forwarded by Universal Web Consulting, 515 E, Carefree Highway, Suite #233 Phoneix, AZ 85085. They said for US $29 they will create a web design and I can work from home.
After that they rang me and took my credit card details and asked me to pay $8K for training. They do this scam in Canada, UK, New Zealand and 7 other countries. They also gave my financial and personal details to another company called The Tax Club in Jerry Suntharo | Account Executive

They also took $2K without incorporating the company. They both said I could claim the set up costs which they could took in October. Since I am not a US Citizen none of these costs which were paid through my personal Credit Card I could not lodge a Tax Return over in US. They both lied and had scammed many people in Australia and Australian Consumer Affairs has told me that these two companies are listed as scams and there are so many complaints from people here.
I have since contacted them ans asked them to refund and they have not even returned my call. I am a widow, My husband died very young due to a freak accident and I received a little bit of money which I was trying to keep for my son's (who is 9 years old) education. I was at a vulnerable state when they contacted me and I thought I could work from home so I could spend time with my son who needed me and who was grieving for the loss of the father.
The Universal Web Consulting web address is www.uwcoffice.com and my user ID is 299184. I have a password to get in and since October I have not earned a cent.in October and in January they kept asking me for more money, for business plans etc.
They hacked into my friend's email (Geoff Tatnell) and sent me the email below. They also have sent it to other people.
I am hoping I can get the money back but it seems impossible knowing their history. Can you please investigate and make they do not engage in these legal activities.
