I don't know if you would call this a compliant. But I ordered my Wen Hair Care June 30th and I just received it today. I called weeks ago and chatted with Jamie about never receiving the product. You had my money for over a month and I had nothing. It took me calling and have someone tell me that it was delivered. I didn't want a refund. They said I had to fill out a paper stating I didn't receive it. Not a problem since I'm not a liar, send it.
I have not used the product yet, we shall see if it was worth the wait and aggravation.
