As previous complaints state, I checked my account and noticed an odd looking check written against my account. When I pulled up the copy of the check it showed up as a check conversion voucher and it is written out to Alliance. They have my name, routing number and account number on the check but I DID NOT write or authorize this transaction. I am currently unemployed and this caused my account to go into the negative and now I have overdraft charges. The bank froze the account and advised me to close it and open a new one on Monday. I will also be contacting the BBB and the commonwealth attorney because my research online shows that this company is not licensed for debt collections and there are multiple complaints across the web against them for doing this.
