Approximately at 14:00 hrs 08/03 McGuanes' employee spreading grub treament on my neighbors lawn at 62 South St., Vernon, CT 06066.
Neighbors backyard is landlock by their own fencing, therefore without permission this employee trepass my property on his tractor spreaderto access neighbors backyard, being over 90 degrees tire marks caused damage to my lawn, same as it happened in 2011.
In 2011 I telephoned Mr McGuane and explained the situation, he was then gentleman to acknowledged that is employee was lazy and should have used the manual handspreader
and that he would have a talk with his employee. I acccept his friendly and thoughfull apologies as he acknowledge that my neighbors lawn was rather a small lawn and it could be done without the huge tractor with balloon tires.
Unfortunately this year the same situation happened again and this time Mr. McGuane's response was "What do you want me to do about".
"Well then I won't do your neighbors lawn anymore"
Now I need an estimate from a reputable Landscaping Co., for repairs to my damaged lawwn
