Two purchases were made. The first was for £1950 in September - Cos d'Estounel. The second was for £2300 in February - as above but 2009 vintage. I receivrd a certificate of ownership for the first purchase, but not for the second. I believe the company has fplded despite their website.
Please advise me as to any steps I can take to recover my payments.
