I was persuded by Mr. James Barclay in 2007 to purchase 1000 shares from Smart Technology Inc.@ $5.50 per share. Mr. Barclay was then working for Investortec. He sent me by post all Smart Technology's bank details to pay $5,500.00
He was calling me regularly to tell me that the shares were doing very well then it could reach $12 per share and they were due to list in December then promised to sell them then.in September I received my share certificate from Smart Technology Inc. It was my first investment and I was happy to have a broaker I could trust. I was so excited that I did not hesited to purchase other 3000 shares at 2.25 per share from Medacure Therapy Ltd when Mr Barclay proposed me. After this purchase Mr. Barclay disappeared. He reappeared in November to tell me that he no longer worked for Investortec and he was working for Investor-Pre instead, a Swisserland based Company.
In November Mr. Jeremy Fox called me from America (tel: 001845339408). He introduced himself as my new broaker from Smart Technology. He called me couple of time insisting to advise me to buy some more shares; that the Company received important fundings from the Bush Government for new projects. But I refused to purchase anymore share before I saw any result from the two investments.
In April I received a call from Mr. George Benting from Investor-Pro. He told me that Medacure Therapy and Roche were merging then I should convert my 3000 Medacure shares into 300 Roche shares. He advised me to purchase 250 more shares to be qualified. He also informed me about the bad financial state of Smart Technology and he would help me recover my investments after I would convert my Medacure shares into Roche.
The reality now is that I have no news of the broakers but also no news of all my investments ($5500 of Smart Technology and 5500 of Roche *ROG. VX*) then I still did receive my share certificate from Roche.
