Signed me up without my knowledge or consent. Refused to credit me back though my cell carrier; claimed they need my full name and address to send me a check; I'm not giving personal information to a know scam artist! Claim no supervisor on hand to talk to me, insisted they cannot credit me back, which I feel is a lie - if they can BILL me witout permission, they surely can CREDIT me WITH permission.
