Ripoff ran credit check without permission sales mgr lied about it

I was looking at buying a new motorcycle. I insisted my credit not be run until I gave permission. The sales person (Ed Frey) agreed. We didn't complete the purchase and I never gave permission for a credit check. I spoke with Ed today and he agreed that he nor I ever gave permission. Then I spoke to the sales manager (joseph) who told me that I had. Considering I never spoke to him it's not possible. He ended by telling to do whatever the F... I want because he had a signature and that's all that matters. Yes I signed the paper but only with the insistence that the check not be done until I said so.
