This company is a total violation of civil, privacy, and legal rights. My husband and I had an unfortunate run in on the road with an armed individual. Long story short, his step father was a former Sheriff, and he grew up knowing all the police. Even though he was found with the gun in his possession, my husband and I were eroniously charged with felonies. The case was eventually discharged and all records of the incident were removed from public record. Mugshots.com REFUSES to remove the records from their website! Not only do they have ours photos posted, they also have our physical home address and photos of our home posted. I tried speaking to CHASE JOHNSON (Direct line - 954-729-7817) about it, even providing him with all the documentation. He still refuses to remove our information. Anyone else having problems with this company? Maybe we should all get together and file a class action lawsuit against mugshots.com, unpublisharrest.com, and CHASE JOHNSON (direct line - 954-729-7817) for violating our civil rights, and placing all of us in physical, financial, and moral reputation danger.
