I have contacted mugshots.com several times, and they have removed my photo at least twice. They now have posted my photo at the top of a search engine and will only remove it if I pay them $899. Even then, they cannot guarantee that it won't appear on one of their sister websites. I was falsely arrested. I was falsely arrested for "Tresspassing" at an emergency room, while my husband lay unconcious and in need of his medical record being provided to the attending physician. This was one of the most bizarre and unbelieveable nights of my life. The arresting officer assaulted me and falsely arrested me. This was proven and the charges were dropped. My attorney is now working on an expungement, that is only necessary because of this website's harassing, extortion techniques. I don't want to see other hard working, honest people extorted for thousands of dollars to remove damaging information from internet searches.
