I have paid the website $399 to remove a mugshot. Prior to this payment, I had already paid arrests.org a fee to remove a mugshot. Mugshots.com decided over three years after my arrest that it was suddenly important to inform the public again. Seeing how I had already paid twice for my mugshots to be taken down, I am refusing to pay them any further.instead, it has created enough outrage that I will be consulting attorneys to get this resolved. This sort of republishing and easy accessibility through a simple Google search are examples of indefinite punishment and harassment. The State of Florida should be ashamed to invite these scumbag antics; all under the misguided cloak of the First Amendment.
