I booked a flight with Jason @Emaan travels to Zimbabwe my booking was confirmed and received my reservation itenarary. I am supposed to travel on the 13 th of August this year I called them today and they said my flight has been cancelled. I called euthopian airline to confirm about the cancellation they said no flights were cancelled. I tried to reason with these idiots but now they are asking for another £300 on top of my £1600 for me to go on a different date which is 17august. Why shud I pay, they have inconvinenced me, changed my date and am left with 13days instead of being on holidays for 3 weeks and they want me to pay for their mistake??? Pliz help me I really need to travel as my father is not well and is in hospital.
