I applied for a loan about three weeks ago. I found one but I didn't need the loan anymore and I got a phone call from fast quid. The guy named "badal" told me I have been accepted for a loan of £3000 so i said ok but told them I would call them back as I was at work. When I rang the same number a lady answered who seemed like she had no clue what I was calling for and as if she was in her home didn't sound like a office at all. And I said I'm calling back for the loan she said "erm ok we will call you back in just two minutes". I got the callback and it was the "badal" guy and he said oh sorry you had been put through to our transfers team. I said ok and he said where are you from actually and I said India he said ok I'm going to put you through to my colleague who is also Asian he's from India and I was thinking what does that have to do with a loan but anyway he put me through to "raoul batti" who told me he's from India and bla bla bla and he said I can offer you £3000 and then you pay £140 for three years so I said ok and then he said you will need a guarantor somebody who is a homeowner for more than 20 years and I didn't have that so he said ok other option is you can buy a ukash card this is a money voucher for £140 which will be your first deposit and I will transfer the money to you and then you will give me the code and I said I don't have money he said ok because we're Indian I will put £40 from my own pocket then you put £100 and I said ok I will get after work and he also said don't tell the shop keeper it's for a loan payment just say its for personal use or they will charge extra and also he gave me a reference number and said don't share this with anyone like if anyone from a loan company call you don't give them it because it has your info. Having seen all the complaints online I didn't get any voucher and they called me after work and i told them I don't need the loan anymore and he said I have just bought a £40 voucher and the money is already there waiting for you what am i supposed to do and he said ok there will be a £60 cancellation fee and I said but I havnt gone through with anything why should I have to give you money and he started getting angry saying you need to learn your culture your not Indian just because your from uk you need to go and learn how to speak and I told him can you not unserstand im talking english that has nothing to do with a loan this is not a culture call your making no sense at all. And then say if you don't pay you will receive a £365 fine on your doorstep and we can take you to court so I told them I know that your a fraud company and what your saying isn't true I have researched and I know someone who is a lawyer and knows about this stuff. I made him give me an address:- 32, pall mall Liverpool L3 6AL and the telephone number for them:- 0151 324 2349. Don't become a victim of these scam scums. Even if they try to threaten you with phony legal terms
