I phoned for a £3000 loan they told me i had to pay by ukash voucher of £95 on my first monthly payment and it wood then go into my bank account it didnt go in so i rang them on 0151 3242302 spoke to alex jones gave my ref no of ssoo5 he said ther was a problem and i needed to pay taxes of £379 and that it wood be refunded to me so got more ukash vouchers to that amount an gave alex jones voucher nos he said again it would now go into my account again it didnt irang him again and this time said that £3800 was stuck half way between there system and my bank because they automatically went through as £3800 they told me again that they had to have the £400 in ukash vouchers back of £400 overpayment so that they could release into my bank the ammount of 33800 again i did this it didnt go in i rang again they told me that a £200 ukash voucher got lost on system because of the storm we had in the uk they wanted me to replace another £200 i told them no more vouchers i wanted re fund they told me i would be able to use vouchers after 25 working day when they cancelled they put me onto ukash for the other £200 tat wet missing with storm ukash if it was ukash i was speaking to told me that that would be refunded into my bank this tuesday "i shall see the other £701 fast quid still have "please help me" my email adress is [personal information removed]
