On 7/16/08 I ordered [9], nine items from King Of Swords. I paid with my credit card. On 7/17/08 the money was taken out of my bank account, and K.O. S had a message for me stating that my order had been accepted. On 7/17/08. King of Swords has had me listed as pending. EVERY time I call, I get a recording stating, "Please leave your order#, Name, and Address, and Someone will get back to you within one business day". I have been writing and calling them, and it is now Aug. 1. I have found out that they are part of Amazon Enterprises@aol, and, Helpmenow123.com. Every place I have ordered over the net, the company charges you when the merchandise is SHIPPED, not the day of the order! This is the worst customer service I have seen, or heard of since I've been on the net! That's over TEN, [10 ], YEARS! Please HELP! Thank you!
