I was led to believe my Truck & Trailer would be sold with-in days of listing with this company by a sales lady named Sarah. Because of multiple listings with all of Empires'advertisers and also with them offering financing to prospective
buyers. I paid their $500.00 fee plus the $25.00 G.S.T. I then waited 2 weeks with had no inquries. I phoned to tell Empire that I had no respones to their ad, so I reduced the asking price by $1,500. I then waited another 7 days, with no inquiries from my ad. I phoned Empire to inform them that I had sold the Trailer
thru my ad in Kijiji Canada. I also told them I wanted my money back from them because i didn't feel that they were keeping their share of the bargan that we had agreed to. I also said I was going to try get Mastercard to cancel my charge with them to Empire. He (Peter) said he was sorry, but that wasn't going to happen. So after I hung up I phoned Mastercard. They listened to what to my complaint and said they'd call me back later that day. When they phoned me back they said they couldn't do anything at this time and thought I had a good complaint against Empire and that I should get in touch with the B.B.B.
I then phoned the Calgary B.B.B. Who looked
Empire up in their files. Empire's ratings were
all F's, meaning the worst ratings.
