I sent an email via this company's website to cancel my subscription on 2/14. I continued recieving charges and did not notice until today-5 months and 151.17 dollars later. When I talked to the billing company, they said because I did not get a confirmation number, there was nothing I could do. This email was sent via a window very similar to the one I am typing in right now-a textbox imbedded in a webpage with a submit button below. I provided my member credentials, etc., and nothing happened. I have not logged on to the site since then, and they don't care. It is not possible to get a hold of the actual company, only their (rather incompetent) billing providers.
