I have attempted to contact j2 Global Communications periodically over the last few months to cancel my subscription. I have contacted the company through various channels, yet I have been unable to cancel my service. I wanted to discontinue my subscription because their service was unnecessary, and I did not like it at all. It is not worth the money or the hassle, and the service is offered free and better through other providers. I am continued to be billed and if this is not resolved by the end of the month, I will be reporting the charges as fraud to my creditor. As an American Company I thought that I could trust this company and would not have to worry about fraud.
