This MiFi 2372 Model when using, over heat stop working. According to AT&T tecnician this type of model were discontinued. AT&T ask me to buy the new model they had, in order to continue the two years contract service. Or else they will continue the $ 50.45 monthly bill until it expire, one year from now, or pay the termination fee of $ 134.00. Eight times I report the problem. They kept on changing the real problem of this type of model. The device is with me as evidence. Two charger cord, one send for replament, they say its the problem. Two memory chip replacement, other store tried to solve the problem. And another store, said the board street tower is out of order for a month, and a month credit for, unused Gigabyte. I went to four differet store for this problem and asked me to go to one store to another for more expirience techician. Until they declare, they can't fix it and can't give me a replacement because this model is discountinue. (AT&T know this type of MiFI over heat) they kept stonewalling me. To replace it, same problem to this type of MiFi model. All they have to do, let the warranty expire, so that they don't have to replace the device.
