My bill from t mobile was $29.97 higher than usual. One of the phones on the account had somehow been signed up with Web Direct Media, along with 2 other scam sites. We contacted t mobile about it and hopefully we will receive credit since nobody signed up for these services. When text messages were received, STOP was replied, but we were still charged. We had already been charged by 2 of the companies for this month. It's ridiculous that companies can do things like this. Needless to say, we had t mobile block third party companies from being able to sign us up for things.
