What happened to me is exactly the same with the first complaint, i received a fax memo at work, vacation package to cancun, cabo, jamaica, puerto vallarta or mayan riviera for 6 days & 5 nights for $175pp, i asked my husband to call and we paid $450.00 that was deducted from our b/a bank on 7/9 and was asked if we have a dateof travel, my husband ask for 8/5, and was told that travel coordinator tyra moore will call, but has never called, my husband tried so many times to call her, he spoke with jazmine who told my husband that she will inform tyra. I called 1-877-634-9804, i asked for a supervisor to talk to, he just hang-up the phone!!! I called 1-877-764-9967, was put on hold several times, then i finally spoke with tyra moore, i asked if i will be receiving any brochure for the vacation package, she said, they don't send any brochures and told me to check it online - [email protected] to check vacation places and call her when i have the date, and i end up on this site!!! Pls. Help stop this scum, i hope they all go to jail... I want my money back, we work too hard for it. Pls help...
