Received fax at work with "American Airlines" logo from H.R. Dept re: Airline Travel Program / Land Package offering all employees destination to Cancun, Cabo and Jamaica for 6 days & 5 nights all meals included for $175pp. Sent me a confirmation receipt; I called them on several occasions to book my vacation, finally when I did get through they said a travel representative would call me but so far no one has contacted me (now close to March '12). Also, many times they would not answer when I would call or they would put me on hold or hang up on me. Number gave me to call—Customer Service: 1-888-676-5871, or by e-mail at "[email protected]" to make reservations.
