When i booked this holiday with easy jet i was told it was a3 star hotel which it has never been and there was entertainment which the apartments tell us that they never have entertainment unless u call getting a pizza out of the oven that was stuck with a floor mop i surpose u could call it that or maybe having a condom in the pool for 3 days or when u arrive u go to get your meals for 7 of us and they only have 4 as the kitchen ran out of food according to reception. Or maybe only no toilet rolls or towels in one of the apartments or waiting an hour for clean cups that when they finally turn up they are still dirty or as there were no classes either and one of the children adhd and aultisam wants a drink so mum leans over and gets 2 plastic cups and one of the waiters if thats what u call him but doubtful comes running up shouting at the mum and little boy for taking the classes or we were lucky we did not have cockroaches in our rooms but we did complain about the ants nest in the kitchen in one apartment and in the bathroom in the other. Must not forget about the cockroches in the laundry room and there lovely warm salad bar which made a few of us ill but on the good side breakfast was ok when they did not run out of bacon or mushrooms and sweetners. Yes i all so had to have a row at reception to get 3 clean towels for the kids we were lucky we got moved to4 star hotel apartments for an extra 200 which turn out to be 3 star but was a very well run and nice place no complaints about that place but if u to would like a holiday from hell u to should book with easy jet and get sold a 2 star for three star the one we got was called blue sea beach costa teguise apparently they had only took over 6 weeks before according to the manageress who was quite nice and after our complaint and sign petition by other guests she got the pool clean and started to make some improvements all to late for us and i have tried to complain to easy jet but they dont take complaints over the phone u have to complain to there site if u can find it i am still trying but what can u expect from slezzy jet i mean easy jet but the people who called it slezzy jet when we ask where to go were right this holiday cost just under 3500 pounds for 10 days
