I spoke to a guy by the name Rodriguez, who I later found out he is one of the main guys in that small shop. I have two properties in Vegas and FL. They called me like several times and I finally decided to see how they could help me. I know how the system works, but I wanted to see if there was something different that perhaps they could do for me. Turns out I got approved through them! That told me immediately that they are fraud. All they want is to scam people for money! I cancelled my credit card as they did not hesitated to charge my account and never got paper turned into my lender they had no clue who those people / fraudulent company was. Do not use these people and spread the word! We do not need scammers to take advantage of our situation anymore that what we have to go through! They say they are registered with ca but it is only a compliance number that does not mean anything.
