I spoke with a man named Daniel Z Senior Case Manager, he was supposed to contact my bank to stop an auction. He assured me after I sent him a check it would be stopped, my house went to auction and was sold on Aug 13th when I called him to let him know what happened he said he was sorry. He assured me my check would not be cashed so I never put a stop payment on it and the I went to check my funds and they did cash my check even though they did nothing to help. I sent them another email demanding my money be reimbursed onto my account. No one should use this company, true scammers.
