I installed a hardwood floor. The installers were drinking alcohol on the job. I did not want to complain about this because I was afraid of reprecussions. I went to the store manager Ron Founds and said he would give me a store credit for $1000. He then changed his mind asked me to go to his office. He then closed the door and started a confrontation. He leaned over the desk to bully me. I should have filed a police report but I was intimidated. Mr. Ron Founds is nothing short of a bully and a liar.
