PeopleMedia dba OurTime.com is a RIPOFF company, with repeated TV commercials targeting seniors over 50 - personals. Do not use this website. When you sign up, even thinkinking that by using a credit card, this company, People Media, gotcha!
After signing up, 3 days later I noticed that there were NO NEW members added & notified company through email (there is NO phone # on the site so as to contact a live person). Customer Care rep., JASON, emailed me that there were Technical Issues - "Technical team will look into this... & resolve the issue on the site so that it will no longer occur". No such thing happened, nothing was done except the company kept my money, claiming that there was "activity on the account", so no refund due or will be given. PUBLIC BE AWARE! NO REFUND, - no delivery of services by PeopleMedia. The credit card company, Master Card says that that the "fine print" states that once you've signed up, you've AGREED to have People Media keep your money. Do NOT use this or any other PEOPLE MEDIA personals website such as OurTime, SeniorPeople.com, Match.com. You have been warned.
