I need my knives sharpened. Its been years sence i have seen my company rep. The knives were told to me they were free sharpening for life, so what happen. I spent a lot of $ on cutco and they just forget you.

Cooking Club, Alcas is the parent company of CUTCO Cutlery and Vector Marketing Corp. Sending poor quality knives which I return but they only credit me about 1/3 of what I paid. Phone disconnected
