I wanted a technical manual and came across a website entitled blitz downloads who offered a download and accordingly I paid the fee amounting to $5.17 but although I received a download key, when I inputted the said information, it did not enable any download and no receipt was forwarded to me.
Six days after the event of paying and attempting to download the technical manual, a further amount of $73.03 has been taken from my account without my authorisation.
The amounts debited from my account are referenced as Metasave which are obviously operating as Blitz Downloads.
