I signed up to download a manual for my car for about $5. Oo, I could not find the manual on the site so I stopped using it. Later in the month I was billed another $50.00!!! What is going on??? This is insane and wrong. To think that people actually have the nerve to rip people off like this. What about the people that actually cannot afford to be taken advantage of?
