Answering 4 e-mails with the same FAQ sheet is hardly that.
I was double billed and asked for one amount to be credited... Never happened.
You are never told the conditions on downloads. That being they have no mirrors and if interrupted or put on pause will stop that download.
To make matters worse, this one download takes two downloads off your account.
The downloads are also time sensitive... You must complete them in 2 weeks.
This is unrealistic given the above, if one failed download takes off all your chances!
