I wanted to book a trip with nations to puerto rico... Paid $49.00 activation fee for all 4 people and the activation fee which totaled around 400.00 dollars per person and decided not to go with them... Never did I confirm a trip... I just informed them we were no longer intrested and wanted our money back. Needless to say they said we would only get 600.00 dollars back and sent me a release form... I filled out the release form and faxed it back to them I also mailed back all the unused vouchers and the customer service rep told me that she would be mailing my refund... Never recieved my refund and i called and ask where was it and now they are saying that they can't refund my money for 18 months... So I am taking them to court
