I ordered two pairs of shoes and a handbag on the Lovey US website. They only accepted VISA, so I had to put it on a friend's card. I then received an email saying that the handbag was not available. I replied asking what my options were and had no reply. I tried to do Live Chat with them, but it was not switched on (during regular office hours). I then emailed again, requesting the bag to be sent in an alternative colour (which shows up as available on their site), but have had no reply. There has been no feedback saying that the goods have been dispatched. I am worried that they still appear to be accepting payments for goods, but I wonder if anyone out there has actually RECEIVED their items??? Please let me know... Thank you!
