Russian Federation? I too had etechplay get into my bank account for a total of $8.17. Who are these guys? I've never heard of them and certainly did not give them any permission to take that out of my account. I decided to go to my Internet Security company. While etech shows a Calif. Address and Calif. Phone number, I noticed something in very small print on the page. It said... Site location: RUSSIAN FEDERATION! Really? Has anyone else noticed this?
