I used this company to refill my pre-paid phone card. I also had the problem with the verification process. I also called and waited 20 minutes and was hung up on by the representative before I could even speak. I checked to my online account to see if they had charged my account, and I saw they had charged my account twice. When I emailed I got the response that they had verification they had only charged once and that I should call my bank to make sure I had been charged twice (maybe I am blind or slow) and of course they had. Since, I have tried to contact, call, email, this company to be able to get refunded the money that was stolen from my account with NO result.
