I ordered the free trial on 26 June and just paid postage. I decided I didn't want to continue with this product so sent an e-mail to them (as directed on the packing slip) within the trial period cancelling any further orders. On 19 July my bank account was debited for a month's supply of the serums. I telephoned the number given (several times) and finally got through to a customer representative who said there was no record of my e-mail. However he said he would refund half the cost immediately to my bank account (which he did), but I would have to wait for the balance until I returned the product which would already be on it's way. (and have to pay the postage myself!) The trial Terms and Conditions said the order would be shipped 1-2 days after the end of the trial period and my bank account debited. It is now 31st July and the order has not arrived. I phoned several times last Friday but couldn't get through but the automated answering service invited me to leave a message for a priority call back. No response. I have tried several times today, only to get the automated reply repeat itself over and over again. So I have resorted to this complaint media and I shall be claiming recompense from my bank for non delivery of the goods payed for.
