Dealer won't complete warranty repairs

Bought 2013 ForestRiver Wildcat and found several broken, damaged, or missing items. Made list and took in for repairs two times. First time they kept it for four weeks and the second time was for five weeks. Ipicked the RV up after learing they hadn't completed the repairs.
