I tried the FREE Derma Perfect sample for the shipping cost of 6.98. I did not see the FINE print that you have to cancel in 14 days if you do not want to be charged $99.98 for the sample bottle. So, $99.99 appeared plus $6.98 shipping. Upon calling to cancel future orders I was informed that the 2nd bottle had been shipped. They eventually offered to lower the cost to 75% of $99.98. After telling her repeatedly that I did not want Derma Perfect at that price, she checked with a supervisor and begrudgingly said they could sell it for 49.98 (the 2nd bottle and others after that one. After a long while, I convinced her I wanted to cancel order & not receive any more bottles of Derma Perfect. It helped my skin a Little, but not for $50.00 a month. I don't think this is the end of transaction, because I had requested cancellation on 7/25, been given cancellation number, etc., now they say they already sent out Second bottle. This is impossible. I really don't think the price for the second bottle will be adjusted without many more conversations.
I had spoken with a representative to cancel order on 6/29. He had lowered my price from $99.98 to 44.98. When card bill came it was $99.98. NO Adjustment at all!
DON'T mess with this company, it's not worth the hassle. A SCAM if ever there was one.
Expect trouble if you deal with these people. This is just a racket
