Bought a 2 light ceiling light at that business in February this year. One of the spotlights stopped working 3 weeks after the purchase. A licensed electirician installed the lamp in the first place. I called into NQ Beaches Electrical with my receipt and explained the situation. A young sales man (Matthew) copied the receipt and assured me to send someone over to my place to fix it. I also offered then if it was not fixable I would be happy to buy another lamp from them if someone could then put it up for me. Nothing happenend for several weeks. I went to shop again and was told the receipt was lost somehow, so another copy was made. Any way nothing happenend the owner of the business called me 2 weeks ago and offered to come around on Sunday morning to fix the lamp. Nobody turned up and nobody called me. I'm just being ignored. I've send an e-mail to the business that I'm very dissappointed about their non existing customer service. If I would have been a bloke complaining about a product of theirs I'm 100% sure that the problem would have been resolved in no time.
