Trubates customers service is unavailable. I have tried to contact trubates numerous times, both by e-mail and phone. The company is unreceptive of complains. I am unable to contact any trubates office. Their policy clearly states that i am able to receive a refund if the services i bought are unable to provide the services advertised in a sufficient manner. Trubates have closed and left their customers no way of receiving this entitlement.in addition my trubates account carried a 12$ credit. I was not presented with any form of compensation. There is no contact information available for trubates. This is unacceptable. I am 1 of many trubates customers left with no answers. I would like a refund of my money and compensation for trubates unprofessionalism.
Resolution Sought: Two vouchers for 8 week dancing classes and 1 voucher for chiropractic exam and massage. I would like my money back for my vouchers. The chiropractic exam company is booking trubates appointment until November i no longer need the voucher. The dancing studio classes are booked and my voucher expires in august.
