Credit card charges and prepaid card losing half its value

A think something should done with this company, because they have a lot of complains, this happen to my husband and I to, with the credit cards and no only one credit card. This happen with de x box 360, for this reason we buy the game, pre-pay cards, and one of the cards, when my son tried to use the card, they grabbed half of the money
