Hello,

While Booking a Ticket from Pune to Delhi on 6th August I wrongly selected Mr.instead of Mrs. And ticket got booked. Now there is no way to make any Changes. I have to cancel the ticket and rebookit. This sounds like if you make a simple mistake you need to pay a Fine of almost 15 to 20 % of ticket charges. I am not changing the schedule or time just overlooked while booking and now for that have to Pay Rs. 1000 cancellation even though you want to go to same fight same time. Do you think this as correct. I can give any kind of verification to make changes but that option is not available. Just paying Rs.
1000 extra for a simple mistake. Its not acceptable. Lease refer a copy of ticket is attached. Please respond ASAP
