I purchased 2 sets of sheets through this company. I thought they had my address & I have been waiting delivery.
Contacted the supplier (Homewarez), to be told I hadn't validated the purchase within their 2 week time frame. I had therefore missed out on the sheets, they suggested I contact Groupon for a refund.
Groupon tell me there will be no refund & no sheets.
It may have been my fault that the voucher wasn't validated but the instructions weren't clear enough, there was no reminder and the money has been taken.
