I applied on line for a loan with Horizon Capital lending com. The banks refused me because of poor credit... So this company called me up after two days of going over my application and said that i was approved for $10,000. I was speaking with a Mr. Aurthur Stevens on the phone. The number they told me to call was 1-888-659-3397 ext. 121. They told me since i have a bad credit, and no collateral for the loan, i would have to pay $450 to secure the loan. So i Western union the money to them, which they used a third party by the Name of George VAlentine. Western union refused it, saying it was most likely fraud, because it went to a private person... I ignored the warning and went forth with this. I called mr. Aurthor Stevens back and he told me to send it via Moneygram to a Michael Prahay. Which i did. The following day, mr. Stevens called me back saying that my credit wasnt good enough for the $450 that i would have to Get the basic insurance part for the loan, and if i paid another $500, that this would secure the loan, and i would have the $10,000 in my account in 4 hours of confirmation of this transaction. So i begged and borrowed the money... To pay these people and secure the loan. The next day, still no money in my account, so i call, and get Evelyn Stuart, who, in turn, tells me that Mr. Stevens has been taken off of my account, because he mis-represented me, and that Evelyn was very sorry but i would need to upgrade to a Full Insurance loan, which meant that i owed them another $450. STupid me, sold my jewellery in order to get them the $450 because i desperately needed the $10,000. And again, nothing in my account after they claimed the $450.
Now they dont answer their phone calls, or anything... Be ware.
