Consumer Report

I was first told that I was approved to get a $7500 loan which could be secured by loan insurance in the amount of $675.00. I was told by the first representative in Metcap Credit Solutions named Tom Washington that I needed to send this in via Western Union to a person name Cheralyn Cole in Thornhill, Ontario, Canada (this person I was told was a representative in their insurance company they used. I sent the money. Then I called to verify that the money was sent and I ended up speaking to another representative name Brad Malsanti who claimed he was the supervisor at Metcap Credit Solutions. Upon speaking with him he told me that my loan was upgraded to a loan amount of $10,000.00 and that in order to secure that amount I would need to send in an additional $700.00 and then the money would be wired to my bank account within 45 minutes to an hour. I called again after sending in the money but there was a problem with the $700.00 I sent because the first person was unable to receive it. They asked that I change the receiver name to Tieast Love. Brad Malsanti assured me that this was the last money that I would need to send in to secure the loan. But it did not happen. I called Metcap Credit Solutions the following morning and spoke with Mr. Coleman who claimed he was the president of this company and assured us that he was taking care of the loan himself. He said that the insurance company needed the full payment of the insurance before the loan could be released. Mr. Coleman asked for $590.00 and assured that this would be the absolute and final payment needed to release the loan and that once this was sent via Western Union again that he would call to us back to make sure the wire went through. No call. No wire. No response. We called again to see what was the problem because the wire did not go through... We spoke to Harold Oconnor who also claimed to be the supervisor. Now this rep said he was handling the loan because no one else seemed to be getting this loan closed. Upset I asked to cancel the loan and for them to send us back our $1965.00 we sent to them already. But he said that it would require a fee of $395.00 to get the process started. Unheard of... He in turn asked for an additional $500 to secure the loan. I asked that they send me either fax or email a binding contract that stated that this was going to be the final payment for this loan insurance. They sent a contract via email. But we did not send the money.instead we try to contact them but their phone numbers are disabled. (800) 215 9040 and (312) 244 3785. The only working number right now is (877) 559 5358.
