Complaint / review text:
I was called at a time when a lot was going on and I expressed to a guy named Terry that I could not afford this and was not interested. He was persistent and I just told him to send me the paperwork and I would read it. I made sure in asking him that nothing would be done if I had decided to do this until he received back my signed paperwork. He said yes, which was a lie because $450.00 was charged to my credit card anyway. I called several times to speak to Terry or Melissa Mounts, who was the Manager, but did not get this resolved. What else can I do?
